Heart YOU :)

Samuel Johnson loved London and said...

I am still to find out, but there are things to be said..

....And I dint know you loved me soo much
Clock struck twelve and you showed me the light
Orange and bright, yet another first with you
It was the twilight, a joy, an experience
And I felt dwelt in you completely

Old city, new snow - a fresh and white sunday morning
I was thinking, it was a quick rewind
you were soo cold yet soo cozy
your sky was still full of fresh water to splurge on us
but your warmth kept them going and us moving
Letting me capture the roads I have trolled on

I was looking for a celebration, you did it
I was scared, and you remained kind
But am human and ask you more
Get him here and let me be a guide on your roads
Let us embrace under your roof and stand proud on your ground
I promise you a good time too
you will skip with me and smile with him

O dear old London, thanks for having me
Ah! Life, to many many more :)

Cheers Hon!

3rd paragraph, stellar! interesting how you get into the on-off mode with the city and the other casting them both under a similar light..
would say (though the technicalities of a poem evade me) the structure is neat and vivid at the same time!
you ought to be a guide for sure!
"you will skip with me and smile with him"- vow!
eternal romantic the poem does seem to be..optimistic it makes everyone be..the Queen is surely gonna love the rhyme.its a snowy day and a memorable time..immerse yourself while you can..you will be asked again in sometime!
